Since we don't know their ages/sizes, we are on hold with buying clothes and gadgets for our kids. Not so with books. What are some must have books for babies and toddlers? Give me some classics and the new hits.....I'm out of the loop!
Jill, this reminds me of when I was fostering. We read Goodnight Moon every night. My little one was 2, and could "read" the whole book. He knew it because we read it so many times.

Chloe Loves books... hmmm...there are so many. Eric Carle's books (author of hungry caterpillar) has lots of good ones, curious george, The Bear Snores On (I love this one!), several different Bibles (one for babies, one for toddlers, one for kids-- she knows them all!), Nursery Rhymes, Richard Scary (my first word book is good), Go Dog Go, good old fashion Golden Books (love the Christmas Story one especially). there are so many! Love them all! We also frequent the library as she blows through them and wants more! Oh and Max Lucado has some great books out now under the "Hermie" editions. Hope that helps! Love you both and love reading about the Lord's progress in bringing you your boys!! :)
Hey Jill, My kids love books...doesn't really matter what...just anything with great pictures. A couple of their favorites are "Pigs Can't Fly" and "Super Fly Guy". They are both cute books, as are all the ones mentioned already! I LOVE "Love You Forever"...it's a tear-jerker for us moms!!
